Construction Draws
Construction Draws are bank issued progress payments to contractors working on a project. Contractors can receive payment as work is completed through the construction draw process. This allows them to pay their subcontractors in a timely manner since the subcontractor’s services are often completed before the entire construction project is complete. Lien waivers and W-9’s are required before funds can be issued.
